Prepare The Night Before

Do you prefer to do yoga in sweatpants or gym clothes? Do you go to your garden? Do you like to take a sip of juice between Yoga poses? If so, you must prepare the essentials you’ll need in the morning the night before. Get your gym clothes ready, grab a fresh pair of socks and fill the water bottle in advance.

Tip: Avoid eating heavy meals the night before so that you wake up fresh and rejuvenated.

Chant Mantras

As you might already know, there are different types of yoga. If you are a beginner, it is recommended to go for mantra yoga (also known as Japa). In this practice, you must chant sanskrit mantras to transform your mind, body, and spirit. It can help lower your blood pressure, balance your emotions and allow healing.

When you get a hold of it, you can try a new one or increase your practice time. Believe it or not, it will help you feel at ease and enhance your concentration power.

Take a Shower

Waking up early in the morning is undoubtedly a daunting task. After all, those extra 5 minutes of sleep are the best. However, the same 5 minutes can make you late for work and feel grumpy throughout the day.
